含氯消毒剂两种不同配制方法的对比研究

目的探讨含氯消毒剂的快速配制方法,为临床消毒工作提供指导。方法随机选择2007年6月我院经常使用含氯消毒剂的卫生保洁人员60人,对同一种剂型的含氯消毒剂用常规配制法和快速配制法进行配制,对配制所用时间、准确性、能否口算、对配制方法的满意度等方面进行对比研究。结果快速配制法配制含氯消毒剂所用时间短,准确程度高,计算方便。结论含氯消毒剂的快速配制方法适合保洁员、卫生员等各文化层次人员应用,不仅可以确保消毒效果,而且可以大大提高临床消毒工作效率。

Objective To study the quick preparation method for chlorine contain disinfector, and provide instruction for clinical disinfector. Method 60 hygienic clean workers routine applied chlorine contain disinfector was randomly selected in the study, routine and quick preparation of chlorine contain disinfector by them, the time for preparation, accuracy, calculation by heart, satisfaction degree of preparation method was observed and compared. Result The quick preparation method is time saving, accuracy, easy calculation, accepted by clinical hygienic clean workers. Conclusion Quick preparation method of chlorine contain disinfector adapt to hygienic clean workers, health workers, It＇s easy, quick, accuracy, and suitable for clinical generalization. It will assure disinfection effectiveness and promoting clinical working efficiency of disinfection.
