综合评价在ICU护理质量控制中的应用研究

Research for the application of comprehensive evaluation on ICU nursing quality control

目的探讨综合评价在ICU护理质量控制中的作用和意义。方法连续8个月每月随机检查20例ICU住院患者的专科护理质量,在该患者转回病房的10 d内对其本人、医生、病区护士进行ICU护理工作满意度调查,对ICU护理质量进行综合评价。结果ICU专科护理质量连续8个月均合格;满意度得分从2007年3月以后达到合格,2007年3、4、5、6月与前几个月之间比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),ICU护理质量综合成绩从2007年2月以后均合格。结论综合评价能客观、真实反映ICU护理质量,是质量控制的重要手段。

Objective To discuss the effect and significance of comprehensive evaluation on ICU nursing quality control. Method 20 patients in ICU every month was randomly selected and the special nursing quality was checked for 8 months, the satisfaction of ICU nursing work was examined by themselves, doctors and nurses in the ward within 10 days after patients were sent back to common ward, and comprehensive evaluation on ICU nursing quality was conducted. Result The ICU special nursing quality was continuously eligible in 8 months; satisfaction score was eligible after March in 2007, the comparison was remarkably different between March until June and former months （P〈0.05）, the comprehensive score of ICU nursing quality was continuously eligible after February in 2007. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation can impersonally and truly reflect the ICU nursing quality, and it is the important method for quality control.
