三年制护理专业技能型紧缺人才培养方案的研究与实践

摘要 目的探讨有利于提高三年制护理专业技能型紧缺人才能力的培养方案。方法根据培养目标制定培养方案,将2003级100名三年制护理专业学生随机分为2组,对照组用传统培养方案进行培养,实验组采用三年制护理专业技能型紧缺人才培养方案进行培养。在培养方案实施前、中、后分别进行评价,并对两组学生学习成绩、评判性思维能力进行对照分析。结果实验组学生的学习成绩、评判性思维能力均优于对照组学生。结论新的培养方案培养出的学生学习成绩和评判性思维能力均优于传统培养方案培养出的学生,新的培养方案值得推广。
