摘要
从三维六向编织预成型件的编织规律入手,采用控制体积单元法分析了预成型件中纱线的运动轨迹,并通过实验观察进行了验证。同时,通过实验观察了预成型件中纱线的实际形态,为三维六向编织预成型件单胞模型的建立奠定了一定的基础。
The yams in the 3D six-direction braided preforms were analyzed in this paper by a volume-control method, through of the rule of the braiding, and the result was validated by experimental observation. On the simultaneity, the actual shape of the yarns in performs was observed, which will be beneficial to the foundation of the cell modal in preforms.
