用实验力学的方法对Ｓ型弹性元件进行应力分析，求出了与外载荷相对应的主应力值，并借助于计算力学的方法找出了载荷和主应力间简便实用的线性经验公式。

With the method of experimental mechanics the authors ofthis article analyse the S-shape elastic element and calculate its main stress value coresponding with the load,and with the help of calculation mechanics they develop a simple linear empirical formula between the load and the main stress.
