依据军用装备维修服务满意度评价的原则,建立评价指标体系和模型。运用模糊AHP法设定指标权重,应用模糊综合评判理论,对军用装备维修服务满意度进行综合评价,实现评价结果从定性向定量的科学转换。其步骤包括:确定评价指标集和相应权重,确定评价因素及相应权重集,确定评价等级和加权向量,形成评价信息矩阵、评价结果矩阵及评价向量,最后得到最终满意度评价结果。实例验证了该方法有效。
