摘要
依据军用装备维修服务满意度评价的原则,建立评价指标体系和模型。运用模糊AHP法设定指标权重,应用模糊综合评判理论,对军用装备维修服务满意度进行综合评价,实现评价结果从定性向定量的科学转换。其步骤包括:确定评价指标集和相应权重,确定评价因素及相应权重集,确定评价等级和加权向量,形成评价信息矩阵、评价结果矩阵及评价向量,最后得到最终满意度评价结果。实例验证了该方法有效。
Based on the principles of the evaluation for the satisfactory degree of military equipment maintenance service, establish the evaluation index system and model. Use fuzzy AHP method to set the index weighting, adopt fuzzy integrated evaluation theory to synthetically evaluate the satisfactory degree of military equipment maintenance service and realize the scientific evaluation results transformation from quantity to quality. Its steps include ensuring the evaluation index set and corresponding weighting; ensuring evaluation factor and corresponding weighting set; ensuring evaluation grade and weighting vector; realizing evaluation information matrix, evaluation results matrix and evaluation vector; at last, acquiring the last satisfactory degree evaluation. The example validates the efficiencv of method.
