摘要
在不可靠的信道上进行MPEG-2视频通信如何才能获得高质量的视觉效果,即如何才能将传输中的错误隐藏起来,已经引起了MPEG-2应用研究人员的兴趣。文中分析了MPEG-2视频传输中错误隐藏的必要性,简要地介绍了错误检测方法,并对当前流行的错误隐藏技术——基于空间的错误隐藏和基于时间的错误隐藏进行了分析,对它们的特点和适用范围进行了讨论。
The issue of error concealment in MPEG-2 video communication, that is, how to obtain high-quality video effect over unreliable channel, has attracted more and more attention from the related researchers. This paper reviews the necessity of error concealment in video transmission, briefly introduces the error detection method, analyzes the current popular error concealment technique—temporal error concealment and spatial error concealment, and discusses their characteristics and applications.
