石油树脂施胶剂应用于漂白硫酸盐桉木浆的研究

摘要 该研究采用自制的改性C-9石油树脂皂化胶(MPRS—I)对漂白硫酸盐桉木浆进行施胶优化实验;讨论了pH、施胶剂用量、硫酸铝用量、反应时间等施胶条件对施胶效果的影响。实验结果表明,对漂白硫酸盐桉木浆的最佳施胶条件为:施胶pH范围为4~4.5,MPRS—I的用量为3%,硫酸铝用量为3%,搅拌时间为2—3min,在此条件下的施胶度为20~25S。此外,桉木浆的打浆度对MPRS-I的施胶效果影响不显著,从对皂化松香胶、AKD和MPRS—I等3种施胶剂的施胶效果对比实验来看,MPRS—I的施胶效果和另外2种常用的施胶剂效果相近;另外,石油树脂施胶剂对纸页的物理性能也具有一定的改善作用。 The sizing process of bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp(BI-IKP) were optimized using modified C-9 petroleum resin soap size (MPRS-I) as a sizing agent. The effects of sizing conditions such as the pH value, charges of the petroleum resin soap size and alum as well as reaction time on sizing performance were discussed. Optimum sizing conditions for BHKP were obtained when their corresponding value were 4 -4.5, 3% , 3% and 2 -3minutes, respectively. Under the optimum sizing conditions, the sizing degree of BHKP handsheets could reach 20 - 25 s. In addition, the beating degree of BKHP had no significant effect on the sizing degree. The petroleum resin soap size showed similar sizing effect to rosin soap and AKD size. Furthermore, the petroleum resin soap size could improve paper physical properties to some extent.
