摘要
采用流延法制备壳聚糖微粉与生物医用聚氨酯溶液共混膜,研究了壳聚糖微粉含量对共混膜力学性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明随着壳聚糖微粉含量增加,共混膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均大幅降低,但共混膜吸水率显著改善。经综合分析推断共混膜中壳聚糖微粉含量在10%附近时,既能保持共混膜足够力学性能,又能获得理想吸水性。
Chitosan micrometer powder/biomedical polyurethane blend films were prepared by using immersionprecipitation phase-inversion method. Effects of different contents of chitosan on mechanical properties and water sorption rate of the blend films were investigated. The results showed that tensile strength and elongation at break of the blend films decreased sharply, with the increase of chitosan content, while the water sorption rate of the blend films improved remarkablely. The balancable content of chitosan was around 10% in the current study, when both enough mechanical properties and ideal water sorption rate of the blend films were obtained.
