摘要
新型机电一体化设备振动电机是一种新型振动源。本文运用了有关振动的技术基础理论,一方面从理论上论述了振动电机的工作原理,另一方面结合典型振动设计振动分级筛,对振动电机在实际中的应用,作出了实用而简明的分析和计算。从而为振动电机的选择,振动设备工作状态的选择及其主要工作参数的调节,提供了切实可行的方案。
Vibrative electric motor,a new type of integrated mechanical and electrical equipment,is a new type of vibration source.The working principle of the motor was discussed on the basis of vibrative theory and the working conditions and results of vibration were analysed and calculated taking vibrative grading sieve as an example in the paper.A feasible project was also proposed for the choosing of vibrative electric motor and its working state and the adjustment of main working parameters.The authors thought that only while new type of high efficiency equipment was used could the automatization level and productivity of grain processing be improved.
