In the period between WW Ⅰ and WW Ⅱ , there are two regional orders in East Asia: one is the Washington System with "Open Door Policy" as its core, established by the U. S. ; the other is the Great East Asian New Order with "Great East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere" as its core, proposed by Japan. By a comparative study of these two East Asian Orders, we can learn lessons and it is conducive to establish a peaceful and friendly new East Asian order.
