摘要
对大米、玉米和小麦的粘度平行实验数据进行了统计分析。极差:玉米为1.777×10-6m2/s、大米为125×10-6m2/s、小麦为3.737×10-6m2/s;变异系数:玉米为11%,大米为9.6%、小麦为15.7%。实验结果表明GB5516—85粮食粘度测定毛细管粘度计法的再现性较差,极大地影响了对粮食品质的正确评价。
Statistics analysis about parallel test data of corn,rice and wheat has been done in the paper.The differential of corn,rice and sheat was 1.777×10 -6 m 2/s, 2.125 ×10 -6 m 2/s and 3.737 ×10 -6 m 2/s respectively.The variation coefficient of corn,rice and sheat was 11%,9.6%and 15.7% respectively.The test results showed that the method,or grain viscesity determination of capillary viscosimetry (GB 5516_85) was not of enough reappearance and affected the correct value to grain quality seriously.
