摘要
利用生产清水玉米笋罐头的废品原料——未受粉的玉米笋须,进行玉米笋须饮料的开发研制,探讨了影响生产工艺的因素,制定了可行的生产工艺条件及质量标准。
The production process of drink made from tassels of maize bamboo shoot by means of waste material,ie.non pollinated maise tassels obtained from the production of maize bamboo shoot can was described in the paper.The factors influencing on the production process were analysed also.Based on the technological parameter and conditions,feasible quality criteria of product were made.
