摘要
对超长砂浆锚杆的成孔技术、砂浆配合比、注浆工艺、插杆工艺等各个工序进行了研究与试验,分析了全长粘结式砂浆锚杆的施工技术及质量控制要点,总结了大型地下洞室群的超长锚杆施工经验并进行了相应的经济效益分析。
Various researches and tests on drilling technology of the super-long mortar bolt, mortar mix proportion, grouting technique, bolt inserting technology are performed. The construction technology and quality control points of the full length bonded mortar bolt are studied and the construction experience of the super-long mortar bolt installed in large-sized underground caverns and the corresponding economic benefit are presented.
