摘要
随着信息技术的发展并逐渐融入教育的过程,教师如何应对角色冲突成为课程整合的重要方面,文章借助社会学的角色理论,从教师角色的内涵、教师本身如何适应这一角色及如何在新的环境中扮演好自己的角色等几方面进行分析,以期教师能更好地将信息技术应用到教学中,提高教学效果。
With the development of information technology and its penetration in education, how teachers face the role conflict becomes an important aspect in curriculum integration. In terms of role theory in sociology, this paper analyzes the following aspects: the connotation of teacher's role, how teachers adapt to the role, and how teachers play their role well in new environment. It hopes that the analysis can make teachers use information technology better to enhance teaching effects.
