网络教育是现代高校教育的重要形式,它与高校校园网和教学资源库的建设息息相关。本文主要对教学资源库建立的必要性、定位、设想等问题进行了分析和阐述,并对教学资源库的建设提出了一些建议。

The network teaching, which is highly related to the construction of the universities＇campus networks and the teaching resource pools, is the important form of the modern university/college education. The author analyzes and elaborates the necessity, location and assumption of the construction of the teaching resource pool. Moreover, the author also puts forward some constructive suggestions on the construction of the teaching resource pool.
