摘要
实践性知识是相对于理论性知识而言的。实践性知识是教师专业知识结构中的操作性知识。它具有个体性、隐蔽性、情境性、开放性、可意会性等特征。师范生实践性知识的生成应立足于学生个体的教育体验,通过适当的引导,可经比对反思而获致。
Practical knowledge is filed relatively to theoretical knowledge. Practical knowledge is operated knowledge in the teacher' s professional knowledge structure. It' s provided with individuality, implicity, open and sense character, etc. Normal university student' s practical knowledge should be established in taste of education and be received after adequate induct, comparison and recollection.
