摘要 21世纪的教学活动,是以学生为中心的"助学活动"。教师不再是知识的灌输者,不再是信息的给予者,应当成为助学者。"助学型"课堂除了要求教师具有扎实的专业知识和教学基本功以外,还要有优秀的助学技能,如听说技能、指导技能、观察与监控技能、鼓励技能等。本文就新课程背景下物理教学中更新教师角色,"助学型"物理课堂的基本特征,构建"助学型"课堂的相关问题做了阐述。 The teaching activity of 21st century is a new teaching type. Where the students are the center. The teacher isn' t a teacher who only teaches the knowledge or gives the information to the students any more. He should also be a man who helps the students to study. The teacher not only has a firm professional knowledge and the teaching basic achievement, but also has to have excellent teaching ability such as listening , speaking ability, guiding ability, observation and supervise and control teaching ability, encourage teaching ability, etc. According to the background of renewable teaching role in the new course physical background, and its basic cheractic,the article expounds problems about help to learn.
