更新教师角色,构建“助学型”物理课堂

21世纪的教学活动,是以学生为中心的"助学活动"。教师不再是知识的灌输者,不再是信息的给予者,应当成为助学者。"助学型"课堂除了要求教师具有扎实的专业知识和教学基本功以外,还要有优秀的助学技能,如听说技能、指导技能、观察与监控技能、鼓励技能等。本文就新课程背景下物理教学中更新教师角色,"助学型"物理课堂的基本特征,构建"助学型"课堂的相关问题做了阐述。
