The following paper summarizes the hazard of some defects appeared in the construction of pre-stressed concrete hollow slab beam, such as too much slurry floating on the surface of concrete, not enough thickness of the hollow slab＇s top, and sectional cavities in beam, analyzes the causes of the appearance of various disasters, and proposes relative preventive measures, in order to improve construction quality.
