浅谈楼房后加阳台的做法

由于新疆哈密农十三师红星医院外科楼住院部的功能布局、室内装修已满足不了住院患者的需求,对该楼进行了增设阳台、卫生间的设计,并从设计和施工两方面介绍了后加阳台的做法,解决了新、老建筑物的连接和地基不均匀沉降的问题,以供参考借鉴。

Because the functional distribution and indoor fitments of hospitalization department in surgical building in Hongxing hospital of Xinjiang Hami 13th agricultural division, the author carries out the design of adding balconies and lavatories to the building, -and introduces the way of adding balcony from design and construction which solves the problem of the connection between new and old buildings and the uneven settlement of foundation, in order to offer a reference.
