浅谈关于设计阶段工程造价控制的认识

基于设计阶段是建筑寿命周期成本的重点阶段,结合国内工程造价的实践,对设计阶段造价控制作了探讨,分析了目前工程设计阶段造价控制的特点,并提出了建立设计阶段工程造价控制体系的措施,从而有效地降低工程造价。

Based on the thought that design stage is the key stage of building life cycle cost, the author discuses the cost control at design stage combined with the practice of engineering cost at home, analyzes the characteristics of cost control at design stage at present, and puts forward the measure to build construction cost control system at design stage, in order to effectively reduce construction cost.
