摘要
从业主的角度简述了工程造价管理的重要性,探讨了如何做好建设工程的立项决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、合同签定阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段等方面的工程造价管理工作,以期降低工程造价,提高经济效益。
From the viewpoints of building owners the importance of engineering cost management is briefly introduced. In addition the questions that how to do engineering cost work well are discussed from decision-making phase, design stage, bid invitation and submission stage, contract definition phase, construction stage and completion settlement stage in order to reduce engineering cost and increase economic benefits.
