摘要
对建设工程造价管理进行了介绍,分析了我国传统的建设项目造价管理方法的弊端,提出了进行建设工程造价管理应确立全过程造价管理意识的建议,就如何培养一支优秀的工程造价队伍进行了阐述,以达到加强工程成本控制,提高经济效益的目的。
Cost management of building engineering is introduced. Based upon analysis of the shortages existed in traditional cost management methods in our country improvement and whole procedure cost management suggestions are proposed. In addition, according to the question that how to establish one excellent cost management group discussion is made in order to strengthen cost control and inerease economic benefits.
