摘要
本文提出了自主研发我国船模数值水池的初步设想。在对国外船模数值水池最新发展动态分析的基础上,运用系统工程概念开展顶层设计研究,制定了总体研究思路,确定了总目标、技术指标体系、主要研究内容,进行了关键技术分析,给出了研究方案设想,并介绍分析了目前国内的研究基础。船模数值水池的研究建立,将可大大缩小船舶计算流体学研究领域内的国内外差距,显著提高国内船舶创新设计水平和船舶设计的国际竞争力,促进我国船舶工业的跨越发展。
An integrated idea for independently researching and developing the ship model numerical towing tank was presented. Based on the theory of systems engineering, the top-layer research was developed. The general research objective, main contents, crucial technologies and evaluating indicators were all demonstrated. By analyzing the present fundamental abilities on ship CFD in China, the technical approaches were also suggested in the paper. By supporting the proposal, the technology gap in the field of computational ship hydrodynamics between home and the leading countries will be linked up. It will also be highly helpful to promote innovative ship design.
