摘要
复杂问题求解往往涉及多个知识领域,其对应的工作流和知识流也非常复杂。为了促进后续问题求解过程的可靠性和针对性,利用现有的形式化和非形式化的方法,提出了一种复杂问题定义模型,并在此基础上分析了复杂问题求解过程中的知识流和工作流。结合大型软件项目开发,提出了复杂问题求解的参考步骤。
Complex problem solving usually concerns various knowledge domains and its corresponding workflow and knowledge flow are also complicated. Based on existing formal and informal problem definition methods, this paper proposed a complex problem definition model to facilitate problem solving. And later analyzed the workflow and the knowledge flow which were driven by the complex problem definition in the problem solving process. At last, taking advantage of the large scale software development case study, presented four propositional steps for complex problem solving.
