机车车辆虚拟样机调度平台设计与开发

Design and development on virtual prototyping dispatching platform of locomotive

简要介绍了机车车辆虚拟样机的发展现状,针对机车车辆虚拟样机系统协同设计的需求,提出了机车车辆虚拟样机调度平台,基于研究现状对该平台进行了功能的完善。按照协同的观点规范了机车车辆虚拟样机各部分的任务,并采用数据管理、子系统调控、文件管理、工作流管理、系统安全等技术,研究了基于产品数据管理的机车车辆虚拟样机调度平台的关键技术,开发了分布式网络工作环境下协同的机车车辆虚拟样机调度平台。通过初步试运行,表明该平台能有效地支持分布式网络工作环境下机车车辆虚拟样机的协同开发。

First, introduced the development of virtual prototyping of locomotive. Then, aimed at the need of collaborative design in virtual prototyping of locomotive, proposed and developed the virtual prototyping dispatching platform of locomotive by the status of its studies. Based on collaboration,this paper standardized the tasks of each part in virtual prototyping of locomo-tive. With the aid of data management, sub-system dispatching,document management,work flows management and system security technology, researched the virtual prototyping of locomotive＇ s key techologies based on PDM and developed the collaborative virtual prototyping platform of locomotive which was based on the distributed network condition. In the preliminary test, the platform could effectively support the collaborative design and simulation for VP of locomotive.
