摘要
利用计算机数字图像处理技术对人造板板材断面的图像进行分析,提取人造板孔穴率、孔穴率均匀程度、孔穴大小和孔穴形态四个参数,作为对板材物理性能进行综合评价的参数。通过对50个样本进行实验对比,验证了该方法的可行性。
The cross-section image of wood-based panel was analyzed based on image processing technique, and the porosity of the cross-section and the parameters of the distribution, shape and size of the void were extracted, which were integrative value parameters for physical and mechanical properties of that panel. By the experiments compared with 50 samples, the method was proved correctness and feasibility.
