摘要
高校图书馆员是职业倦怠高发人群,职业倦怠不仅会损害图书馆员的身心健康,而且严重削弱图书馆员的工作绩效和人际关系。自我效能感水平影响个体行为的选择、思维方式及情感反应,自我效能感危机势必导致个体的职业倦怠。高校图书馆可以通过引导馆员进行积极的认知重构,主动获取强化自我效能感的正面信息源,进行合理的归因,以及合理规划职业生涯等途径,不断提升馆员的自我效能感,从而有效地干预职业倦怠。
College labrarians have been reported most likely to suffer from job burnout, which may not only seriusly damage labrarians' health, but also decrease the level of their professional achievement and interpersonal harmony. Self--efficacy has a special effect on individual' s behavior selection, thinking pattern and emotional reaction, crisis of self--efficacy propably bring about job burnout. In order to promote labrarians' self--efficacy level, and to alleviate burnout, such important but possible measurements as cognition reconstruction, positve information collection on self--efficacy, reasonable attibution and scientific career design should taken by college labraries.
