摘要
企业跨国经营必然面临着多元文化的冲击。如何构建全球文化体系,建立强势文化,使多元文化真正成为跨国企业经济提升的发动机,是跨国企业面临的一大重要课题和难题。研究跨国经营中多元文化的整合模式,从更新观念、优化模式、构建机制三个视角,构建文化整合的系统模式,可以为跨国企业整合多元文化提供有益的借鉴。
Multinational corporations doing business across countries will surely face the impact of multi-cultures. It is one of the toughest problems and tasks for multinational corporations to construct a global cultural system and establish a dominant culture, turning multi-cultures an engine for advancing their economic status. By studying the culture integrating model in their cross-cultural operation, this paper intends to establish a systematic model from such perspectives as concept renewal, model optimization and mechanism construction.
