可诱导性共刺激分子的生物学特征及其在系统性红斑狼疮发病和治疗中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种由于机体免疫调节紊乱所致的慢性炎性疾病。T、B细胞的异常活化以及炎性因子异常导致了SLE患者的多器官、系统损害。已证实,T细胞活化、B细胞增殖、分化和细胞因子分泌中,CD28、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(CTLA-4)等共刺激分子及其配体发挥了重要作用,
