高效液相色谱法同时测定复方8-甲氧补骨脂素洗剂中主药含量

Simultaneous Determination of Main components in Lotio 8-Methoxypsoraleae Composita by HPLC

目的:建立复方8-甲氧补骨脂素洗剂中复方8-甲氧补骨脂素和醋酸肤轻松含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Waters Symmetry C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:8-甲氧补骨脂素浓度在20.232～101.16 mg·L^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.70%(RSD为0.82%)。醋酸肤轻松浓度在5.232—26.16 mg·L^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.8%(RSD为1.11%)。结论:本法简便、快捷,结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量分析检验。

Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination of 8-methoxypsoraleae and fluocinonide in lotio 8-methoxypsoraleae composita. Method： Symmetry C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm ） was used,the methanol and water （70： 30） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min ^-1 , the wavelength of detection was at 240 nm. Result： A good linearity was obtained over the range of 20. 232 - 101, 16 mg. L^ -1 （ r = 0,999 9） for 8-methoxypsoraleae and 5. 232 - 26.16 mg· L^ - 1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） for fluocinonide respectively. The average recoveries of these two components were 100.70% with RSD = 0.82% and 100, 8% with RSD = 1.11% , respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate for quantitative analysis.
