摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益智康脑丸中松果菊苷的含量。方法:采用日本岛津VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(28:72);流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长为330 nm。结果:松果菊苷在0.03—0.64μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9):平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于益智康脑丸中松果菊苷的含量测定。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination the content of Echinacoside in Yizhikangnao Pills. Method : A Shimadzu C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used,the Methanol-0.1% Formic Acid solution(28: 72) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 330 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^ -1. Result: Eehinaeoside has a good linearity within the range of 0.03 - 0.64 μg ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.6% ( RSD = 1.2%, n = 9) . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Yizhikangnao Pills.
