As known, wines, cuisine and art seem to the souls of France, cheese is one of souls of France, however. Actually, France is named "The country of cheese" due to the rich varieties and high production of cheese. Nearly every one in this country is a cheese fonder, and cheese is a necessity of French life just like bread and milk.
