摘要
本文以知识转移为切入点,着重说明咨询企业有效的进行知识转移,对企业提高竞争优势至关重要,尤其是咨询企业在实施信息化的过程中,知识转移能更多的为知识提供方和用户方中间实现了隐性知识的转移和融合,更好的为咨询企业发展服务。
This article emphatically states that it is very important for consultation enterprise to effectively make knowledge transformation, in order to improve enterprise competition superiority. Especially in the progress of enterprise implementing informationization, knowledge transformation could realize more implicit knowledge transformation and fusion for knowledge provider and user, and serve better for consultation enterprise.
