摘要
高校图书馆实施人性化管理与服务是"以人为本"思想的具体体现,也是强化高校图书馆职能的需要。高校图书馆实施人性化管理与服务的关键在馆长。全力满足读者需求是高校图书馆人性化服务理念的重中之重。高校图书馆要确立"书是为了用"的价值观念,一切馆藏和设施都应向读者开放,给读者更多的对知识资源、服务方式的自由选择权利和选择空间,实行无等级、无差别服务。
University libraries should implement humanization of the management and service,which is the concrete embodiment of people - oriented ideas and the need to strengthen the function of university libraries. The key to implement humanization management is college chief librarian. To meet the readers' request is the concentrated embodiment of humanization of the management and service in university libraries. The service idea must foster the following value ideas:the objective of reading is to apply it, all the library collection and facilities should be opened to readers,readers are entitled to own the rights to choose service way and space.
