可手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌的放疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 在我国肺癌发病率和死亡率在逐年升高,死亡率为癌症死亡的第1位^[1]。占肺癌80%的非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)确诊时能手术治疗者仅占20%-30%,约64.3%在不同治疗时期需行放疗^[2]。除早期NSCLC手术能取得比较满意疗效外,对有潜在手术治疗机会的Ⅲ A(N2)期患者,选择何种治疗方式为佳尚有争议。放疗不仅能使早期病变得到根治性(治愈性)治疗,也能使部分局部晚期患者通过结合化疗或手术得到治愈,因此放疗在可手术的NSCLC治疗中也占有非常重要位置。
