Ⅲ期肺鳞癌后加速超分割三维适形放疗协同化疗的远期疗效和预后分析 被引量：7

摘要 Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌以综合治疗为主，2年生存率只有27．3％左右^[1]。而三维适形放疗（3DCRT）、后加速超分割放疗、每周小剂量紫杉醇同步放化疗可提高中晚期肺鳞癌的局部控制率和生存率^[2-4]。笔者进行了Ⅲ期肺鳞癌后加速超分割3DCRT协同化疗的临床I和Ⅱ期随机分组试验，现将远期疗效和预后分析结果报道如下。
