调强放射治疗在初治鼻咽癌中的临床应用现状 被引量：9

摘要 调强放射治疗（IMRT）理念最初由Bjamgard与Kijewski于20世纪70年代提出，1982年Anders及其同事在旋转治疗中通过调整射束实现剂量均匀环面被视为现代IMRT的开始。IMRT技术至今已发展了加余年，在实现方式上发生了极大变化^[1]。IMRT临床应用始于20世纪90年代中后期，至今已近10年，随着技术的不断进步以及临床应用的不断开展，
