摘要
深入分析高等医学院校临床教学医院的内涵以及存在的问题,提出实施高等医学教育质量工程中如何促使临床教学医院理顺管理,加强教学制度、师资队伍、教学条件等建设,使临床教学医院尽快实现由"量"向"质"的跨越,以确保临床教学质量。
This paper analyzes the connotation and existing problems in clinical teaching hospitals in higher medical schools, and proposes how to implement the higher medical education quality project to improve the management of the clinical teaching hospital, to enhance the construction of teaching system, the teaching staff and the teaching condition so as to guarantee the clinical teaching quality, not only in the development of the quantity.
