该研究以《临床医学专业学位试行办法》为改革依据,借鉴国内外先进经验,坚持以"突出临床训练,拓宽专业知识,注重创新,提高综合能力"为原则。突出"创新"与"质量"两大主题。经实践,初步解决了医学研究生临床工作能力与科研水平不能同步达标,以及数量与质量之间矛盾的普遍问题。

To keep the principle of highlighting the clinical training, to develop the expertise, toattach importance to the innovative ideas and improve the comprehensive abilities, based on theclinical medical specialty qualification, referring to the international advanced experience, taking innovation and quality as the main topics, this paper deals with how to enhance the postgraduates＇ clinical work abilities and raise their scientific research level, meanwhile, to solve the presentcontradictions between the quantity and quality preliminarily.
