从“标准化病人”考评看外科研究生临床技能培养中的不足

Deficiency of clinical skills training for surgical post-graduate students:a view of examination using standardized patients

与传统的考核方法相比,应用标准化病人进行临床技能考核,更能保证临床技能评估的全面、标准、客观、公正。以我院2007年度临床型外科学研究生终期考核为例,采用标准化病人考核临床技能,发现外科研究生在临床思维的整体性、临床工作的应变能力以及临床操作的规范性上存在很多不足之处,有待于今后在培训中进一步改进和加强。

Using standardized patients to evaluate the students＇ clinical skill will be more overall,standardized, objective and impartial than the traditional method. Taking the 2007 academic year terminal examination of surgical post-graduate students for example, using standardized patientsto evaluate the students＇ clinical skills, the authors have discovered the inadequacy in thinkingintegrity, straining ability and operation specification, which should be improved and enhanced.
