摘要
进入新世纪的今天,民营企业正面临着新的机遇和挑战,竞争对手日益强大和多样化,竞争变得更为激烈,仅仅依靠机制灵活而获取大量市场机会的时代不复存在。较多民营企业在战略管理、决策程序、技术创新能力等方面存在不足,从而导致企业缺乏核心能力。民营企业正面临着管理现代化的必然趋势。民营企业要做大、做强,必然突破家族式管理方式,建立科学的人力资源管理制度,引进职业经理人,在这一过程中必然遇到很多问题。
In the new century, the private enterprises are faced with new opportunities and challenges, increasingly powerful and diversified competitors, competition becomes fiercer. Only relying on flexibility to access large market will no longer exist. A lot of private enterprises are weak in strategic management, decision-making, and technology innovation, which result in lack of core competencies. Private enterprises are inevitably facing with the trend of modern management. To become bigger and stronger, private enterprises must breakthrough their family management, establish a scientific human resources management system, and introduce in professional managers. This process will encounter many problems that will be studies in this article.
