马克思主义与二十世纪中国古典文学研究有一个结合、分离、再融合的过程,古典文学的研究也经历了初步繁荣、停滞、繁荣三个阶段。中国古典文学研究能否与马克思主义相结合决定了二十世纪古典文学的研究状况。

Marxism and the research of Chinese classical literature of the twentieth century have gone through the process of combining, separating and recombining. The research of Chinese classical literature also gone through three stages： the rudimentary prosperity, the standstill, the prosperity. It will decide the state of the research of Chinese classical literature whether Chinese classical literature can be combined with Marxism.
