摘要
刑法学作为法学教育核心课程,在新形势下其教学理念与方法均有必要进行某些改进。在刑罚部分的教学中应注重理念变革与深化;学习刑法不仅要习得刑法条文,更应理解支撑条文的法律理念与信仰;案例教学法的恰当运用,将使学生的职业技能显著提高。
Science of criminal law, as the core course of law education, should be improved in its teaching ideas and methods in the new situation. The teaching of criminal penalty should stress changing and deepening the ideas. To learn the criminal law both studies the articles of criminal law and understands legal ideas and belief which support the articles. Proper case teaching will improve the vocational skills outstandingly.
