摘要
医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心。医院强化质量管理的做法:以强化全员质量意识为先导,以拓展层级监控系统为重点,以严格全程动态管理为手段,以健全质量评价体系为措施,以提升质量管理效果为目标。
The medical quality management was the core of the hospital management. This paper introduced some measures to perfect quality management of hospital, which were strengthening the quality mentality, broadening the monitoring system, tightening the overall dynamic management, and perfecting the quality evaluation system. All these measures were aimed at improving the quality management effect.
