目的:加强肿瘤科病房医院感染的管理,降低肿瘤患者医院感染的发生率。方法:护士长充分发挥其在预防医院感染管理中的监控作用,减少侵入性操作,做好各级各类人员的教育培训,建立健全制度,督促、检查、落实制度,加强对医院感染的管理。结论:加强对医院感染的管理,可以有效地控制医院感染的发生。

Objective ： To improve the management of in - hospital infection in the department of oncology and decrease the incidence rate of in - hospital infection of tumor patients. Methods ： Head nurse should make her good use of monitoring, try to cut down the operation of penetration, pay more attentions to education and training of members in department of oncology, establish and perfect associated rules to strengthen the management of in - hospital infection.
