摘要
通过对鳗鲡的生活、生殖习性、食性的观察了解，结合贵州卡斯特地貌地下水水质良好、且丰沛的特点，提出贵州是养殖鳗鲡的适宜地区。饵料基本配方可以是：鲜牛肝３０％、淀粉２０％、贝类斧足和水蚯蚓５０％；饲养中应着重注意养殖用水的清洁，以减少疾病发生，注意遮光和恒定水温，增加水中溶解氧含量。
