The system to give protect for concrete in tunnel witch under water, using special accessory to hang suspend mental keel, counteract the settlement and twist of tube, protect the fire protect equipment on it, surface board that have good performance in resist impact and break at the same time, absorb the positive and minus shock wave made by vehicle passing the tunnel.
