从阐述违章混合建筑定义、滋生原因、使用特性和建筑模式特点入手,分析此类建筑的火灾危险性和火灾特征,结合实际工作经验,从堵源头、技术改造、后期监管和长效防范机制建设等四方面对如何防止违章混合建筑的滋生及消除其火灾隐患提出了具体的研究对策。

Start with define of multipurpose construction, the reason they come into being, the feature of the construction and the character when using it, the author analyzed fire danger and fire character of these constructions. Combine with experience of work, measures to reduce fire danger and not to build these constructions were proposed at 4 aspects： forbid at beginning, technology evolution, supervise and give a system to prevent for long time.
