中国特色社会主义人权是当代的马克思主义人权学说,是马克思主义人权思想同中国实际相结合的产物,围绕着"什么是社会主义人权,怎样才能实现和保障社会主义人权"这一中心问题展开。本文从社会主义人权建设的必要性和可能性入手,阐述了社会主义人权的主要特点,以及我国进行社会主义人权建设的历史经验,提出实现社会主义人权的途径。

Chinese feature socialistic human rights are contemporary Marxism human rights theory, and they are the adjoined production combining Marxism human rights thought with China reality. What are socialistic human rights, and how to realize and protect socialistic human rights are the center issues that are surrounded. This article first explains the necessity and feasibility of socialistic human rights, then expounds the main features of socialistic human rights and historical experience to construct socialistic human rights, at last puts forward the realization approaches.
